Checklists were maintained by hand. Contracts were tracked through email. Brokers and admins had no reliable way to see who had completed what — or what was overdue.
Audit trails had to be assembled manually for each closing. Document errors were common, costly to fix, and visible only after the fact.
The solution

Brokers can create, edit, and share transaction checklists with granular access permissions. Notifications surface critical activities automatically — no chasing, no missed deadlines.
A dedicated Super Admin dashboard provides full control over user accounts, transaction monitoring, contract review, and FAQ management — with every action captured in the audit log.
Users can sign up via traditional registration or Google. Profile and password management is self-service. Permission boundaries are enforced at the API layer, not just the UI.
