The client is a property-management company set on digitizing and optimizing the rental ecosystem. Their operations spanned four very different parties, property owners, tenants, vendors, and managers, each with their own needs, yet all were being coordinated through manual processes and disconnected tools.

Before the platform, listing properties, screening and onboarding tenants, assigning vendors, tracking maintenance, and handling payments were handled separately, with little transparency between the parties. The client needed a system that could serve a single landlord just as comfortably as an enterprise portfolio, without overwhelming any one type of user.

ZAPTA designed and delivered a centralized, role-based property-management platform over a 16-sprint, eight-month engagement. Tenants get verified listings, smart applications, and lease and rent tracking; vendors get local jobs, a single dashboard, and secure payments; property owners can list rentals, assign vendors, and track everything in one place, all under role-based dashboards built for scale.
